How to Add The Pursuit Agency team as Admins to
Essential Marketing Platforms
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Log in to your Google Analytics account at analytics.google.com.
- Navigate to Admin in the bottom-left corner.
- Under Account Settings or Property Settings, find and click on Account Access Management or Property Access Management.
- Click the blue + button in the top-right and select Add Users.
- Enter the following email addresses:
- Assign the Administrator role.
- Click Add to save the changes.
Google Search Console
- Go to Google Search Console.
- Select the property (website) for which you want to add users.
- Click on the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner.
- Select Users and permissions.
- Click the blue Add User button.
- Enter the email addresses:
- Assign the Full permission level.
- Click Add to save.
Google Tag Manager
- Log in to your Tag Manager account at tagmanager.google.com.
- Select the container for your website.
- Navigate to Admin in the top menu.
- Click Account Settings > User Management.
- Click the blue + button in the top-right and select Add Users.
- Enter the emails:
- Assign the Admin permission for both Account and Container Permissions.
- Click Invite to send the invitations.
Google Ads (AdWords)
- Log in to Google Ads.
- Click on Tools & Settings in the top menu.
- Under Setup, select Access and security.
- Click the blue + button to Add Users.
- Enter the emails:
- Assign the Admin role.
- Click Send Invitation.
Meta Business Manager (Facebook/Instagram)
- Log in to your Meta Business Suite at business.facebook.com.
- Select your Business Manager account.
- Navigate to Settings > Business Settings.
- Under Users, select People.
- Click Add and enter the emails:
- Assign Admin Access.
- Choose the assets they need access to (e.g., Pages, Ad Accounts) and assign Full Control.
- Click Invite to send the invitations.
LinkedIn Company Page
- Log in to your LinkedIn account and navigate to your Company Page.
- In the top-right corner, click the Admin Tools dropdown menu.
- Select Manage Admins.
- Click Add Admin and enter the names/emails:
- Select the role Super Admin.
- Click Save to confirm the changes.
WordPress Website
- Log in to your WordPress dashboard (e.g.,
https://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin
). - Navigate to Users > Add New.
- Enter the details for each user:
- Email: rob@thepursuitagency.com
- Username: rob (or your preferred username)
- Role: Administrator
- Repeat the process for thepursuitteamuk@gmail.com.
- Click Add New User to save.
