Who we are

This website is run by Pursuit Digital Ltd, trading as The Pursuit Agency, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14006507). Our registered office is Unit 4, Lancaster Place, Swindon, SN3 4UQ. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means Pursuit Digital Ltd. We are responsible for the personal information described here.

If you have a question about this policy or your information, email rob@thepursuitagency.com or ring 01793 292085.

What we collect

  • When you send an enquiry: your name, business name if you give it, email address or phone number, and anything you tell us in the form.
  • When you book a call: the details you enter in the booking form.
  • When you use the website: information about how you use the site, collected through cookies if you agree to them. See our cookie policy.
  • When you work with us: the contact and business details we need to deliver the work and invoice for it.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
  • To deliver work we have agreed with you, and to invoice for it. We rely on the contract between us.
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it, where you have agreed to analytics cookies.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as keeping financial records.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your agreement.

Who we share it with

We use trusted suppliers to run the business, such as our website host, email and calendar providers, and analytics tools. They process information on our behalf and only as we instruct. Where a supplier is based outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows. We keep client and financial records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit how we use it. To do any of these, email rob@thepursuitagency.com.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
